By using London SitRep you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Not a safety-critical service

London SitRep aggregates information from third-party public sources. That information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Do not rely on this dashboard as the sole basis for any safety-of-life, security, operational or travel decision. Always corroborate with official, real-time sources — for emergencies call 999, and check Transport for London, National Rail, National Highways and the relevant police force directly.

The service

The service is provided free of charge and “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Data and intellectual property

Underlying data belongs to its respective providers and is used under their licences — see the data & attributions page. You must comply with those licences. Our own presentation, design and code remain the property of Nine Signals.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or present its output in a way that misrepresents the source or currency of the data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nine Signals will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the service or its data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
